We are a small mental health practice specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, executive functioning deficits and/or other social learning challenges.
Through our SLC Services for Growth and Development we take both an individual and systems approach to enhancing the lives, functioning, and understanding of those who may be struggling with social learning challenges and other mental health needs. Our aim is to increase various competencies to promote social justice/inclusion for those with developmental and mental health needs and create interventions/systems that are strength-based in nature. Dr. Abildgaard is extremely involved with this branch of the SLC and more of his time and energies will be placed here in the coming year.
